Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy:

Your order will be shipped within 3 days of ordering.  Please select your shipping option at checkout.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.  We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Refunds/Exchanges:

Drop Ship Lifestyle Merch Shop operates with Printful, a custom print fulfillment service.  Printiful will not send out replacement products due to incorrect sizing.  Please be sure to read the size guide before purchasing your item.  If you have any issues, please reach out to support@dropshiplifestyle.com.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!  Email support@dropshiplifestyle.com with your order information.

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time!

Along with Printful, we will review replacement/return requests only:

(a) if a product is damaged
(b) there is a print error
